I am an expat in China. GoTrusted worked smoothly right from the beginning. After a week of trials I have decided for the paid version.
All was fine until this morning , when tried to activate the software and got a window asking me : “Type the password for credential storage” . I typed the password , be was denied. Typed again and got three more chances.
To make the story story short : I need help. What password do I have to type in . I only have one password for GoTrusted vpn.
Would appreciate your instructions how to activate the software again.

I am in P.R.China and loving it BUT, and it was a big but, I write software and use the internet for help. The problem was I was unable to access some of the sites I needed to.
I was on the net today and spotted an advert offering a free trial of GoTrusted and after checking them out, decided to give it a try.
There is only one word I can say about GoTrusted and that is WOW! It works and it works well. I must add I am in love with China and therefore only access non-sensitive sites in respect to them.
Because their service is so good I have rated their customer service as 5 star but I have not had to use it. Everything was so very easy and worked well (after I changed the server from US to Europe)
